Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the Problem Management process in line with ITIL best practices
  • Identify and analyze root causes of recurring incidents
  • Define and monitor corrective and preventive action plans
  • Ensure coordination between internal teams and external service providers
  • Collaborate with Incident, Change, and Configuration process owners
  • Formalize and improve existing ITIL processes
  • Draft and maintain documentation as well as knowledge base articles
  • Use Jira Service Management for operational follow-up

Profile Required

  • Proven experience in IT Problem Management
  • Advanced knowledge of ITIL processes
  • Experience in Incident Management
  • Knowledge of Change Management and Configuration Management
  • Experience with Jira Service Management
  • Strong understanding of application support, end-user support, and infrastructure environments
  • Experience in complex and structured environments
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
  • Strong documentation and writing skills
  • Fluent French is mandatory
  • English is an asset

A very good command of English is essential, the capacity to speak French, German or Dutch is an asset.
