Main Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the Problem Management process in line with ITIL best practices
- Identify and analyze root causes of recurring incidents
- Define and monitor corrective and preventive action plans
- Ensure coordination between internal teams and external service providers
- Collaborate with Incident, Change, and Configuration process owners
- Formalize and improve existing ITIL processes
- Draft and maintain documentation as well as knowledge base articles
- Use Jira Service Management for operational follow-up
Profile Required
- Proven experience in IT Problem Management
- Advanced knowledge of ITIL processes
- Experience in Incident Management
- Knowledge of Change Management and Configuration Management
- Experience with Jira Service Management
- Strong understanding of application support, end-user support, and infrastructure environments
- Experience in complex and structured environments
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Strong documentation and writing skills
- Fluent French is mandatory
- English is an asset
