Context & Objectives
Within the Channels & Customer Experience domain, the Sales Data Stack squad plays a critical role in transforming and optimizing data flows from source systems to visualization layers.
Working closely with data and business teams, the squad enables data-driven decision-making for sales performance and optimization. The environment is highly collaborative, involving multiple squads and tribes, and requires strong coordination across dependencies.
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master who will also act as a Delivery Owner, driving team efficiency, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Scrum Master Responsibilities
- Coach the team on Agile/Scrum principles, ceremonies, and best practices
- Foster self-organization and team autonomy
- Drive continuous improvement and optimize team performance
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery
- Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution
- Create a safe, collaborative, and high-performing team environment
- Protect the team from unplanned work and external disruptions
- Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
Delivery Ownership
- Define and manage the end-to-end delivery plan for features
- Ensure delivery commitments are met in terms of scope, timeline, and quality
- Track and manage risks, dependencies, and obstacles
- Organize and lead Scrum-of-Scrums to align multiple squads and tribes
- Report on delivery progress within governance bodies (e.g., Delivery Board)
- Ensure strong alignment with all stakeholders (Product Owners, Release Managers, Quality teams, etc.)
Profile & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in IT or data-driven environments
- Proven experience improving team efficiency, predictability, and autonomy
- Strong experience in end-to-end delivery coordination
- Experience working in complex, multi-team Agile environments
Key Skills
Agile & Delivery
- Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)
- Hands-on experience with Scrum-of-Scrums coordination
- Familiarity with Kanban practices for run and maintenance activities
Data & Technical Awareness
- Understanding of data pipelines and ETL processes (strong plus)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with data engineers and technical teams
- Experience handling technical debt and workflow optimization
Stakeholder Management
- Strong ability to translate business goals into actionable delivery plans
- Excellent communication and coordination across squads and tribes
Languages
- English: fluent (mandatory for cross-team collaboration)
- French or Dutch: good proficiency, with passive understanding of the other
