AISB-838 Product Owner Inbound-Outbound

We are looking for a Product Owner who will take ownership of a strategic digital product within the Customer Experience domain. In this role, you will play a key part in the ongoing digital transformation of inbound and outbound processes, acting as the bridge between business and IT. You will translate business needs, ideas, and strategic objectives into clear, valuable, and actionable solutions while ensuring priorities always reflect maximum customer, employee, and partner impact.

Your impact

You will represent the business vision for the product and ensure it delivers continuous value. You will define direction, manage priorities, and safeguard end-to-end coherence across all developments.

You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Domain Leads, architects, operational departments, portfolio managers, and other Product Owners. Your role is central in aligning business expectations with technical execution.

What you will do

  • Own and define the product vision, value, and backlog priorities
  • Write, refine, and manage Product Backlog Items (user stories, enhancements, changes)
  • Translate high-level needs into clear, actionable user stories
  • Guide Agile teams through PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Actively participate in demos, testing phases, and User Acceptance Testing when required
  • Approve completed work based on agreed acceptance criteria
  • Ensure smooth communication between business and delivery teams
  • Maintain alignment with stakeholders and manage expectations effectively
  • Monitor market trends and digital innovations to identify improvement opportunities
  • Contribute to continuous optimization of customer journeys and operational efficiency

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Background in business domains such as customer service, operations, or product development
  • Experience in change or transformation initiatives
  • Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum (SAFe knowledge is a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and/or French, and English
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with end-to-end thinking
  • Decisive, autonomous, and hands-on approach
  • Comfortable in complex, large-scale environments
  • Energetic, collaborative, and able to guide teams through change
