In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a versatile, service-oriented Administration & Sales Officer who likes variety, takes initiative and contributes to the continuous improvement of internal processes.
Your missions
Sales Support
- Preparation of administrative documents.
- Sales document layout.
- Participation in promotional events and customer activities.
Administration & Internal Management
- Customer reception.
- Processing mail (paper & electronic).
- Organization and booking of travel.
- Management of certificates, official documents, legal compliance and insurance.
- Supplier negotiation.
- Management of offices, equipment, access and maintenance. ("Facility management")
- Miscellaneous purchases (products, services, merchandise).
- Subscription management.
- Inventory counts and reporting.
Work Context
- Frequent travel
- Work under sometimes tight deadlines, requiring rigor and resistance to stress.
- Representation of the company and interface between customers and internal teams.
- Active participation in quality procedures and proposals for continuous improvement.
- Compliance with the company's communication and ethics standards.
Desired profile
- You speak French, German and English (oral and written).
- You like varied work, are proactive and proactive.
- You have a sense of service, excellent written and oral communication.
- You are comfortable with Microsoft 365 office tools. Knowledge of Odoo is a plus.
- A first experience in administration, sales support or customer management is a plus.
- Good organizational skills, resistance to stress and solution-oriented.

A very good command of English is essential, the capacity to speak French, German or Dutch is an asset.
