At ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst (KYC) to join a dynamic environment where regulatory compliance meets digital innovation. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-impact initiatives within a structured and Agile-driven ecosystem. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a central role in delivering KYC (Know Your Customer) capabilities across multiple business entities and platforms. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, IT teams, architects, and stakeholders to ensure business needs are accurately translated into efficient and compliant solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business, stakeholder, solution, and transition requirements
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and use cases
- Ensure requirements traceability and perform impact analysis
- Define and support testing strategies, including UAT and performance testing
- Act as a bridge between business and IT teams
- Work closely with Product Owners, developers, architects, and testers
- Facilitate workshops and ensure alignment across stakeholders
- Communicate effectively to drive decision-making and progress
- Analyze and design business processes and workflows
- Contribute to defining KPIs and performance metrics
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and support delivery across all project phases
- Ensure quality and consistency of deliverables through reviews and validations
Your Profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Proven experience in KYC projects within an IT environment (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of requirements management and conceptual modelling
- Good knowledge of IT systems, testing practices, and Agile methodologies
- Experience working in complex or large-scale organizations
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- Fluent in English
- Strong command of French and/or Dutch
- Experience in scaled Agile environments
- Previous experience in banking environments
- Familiarity with large transformation programs
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Structured, detail-oriented, and quality-driven mindset
- Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Adaptable and comfortable in evolving environments
