Your responsibilities
- Drive business analysis activities from ideation to delivery, including business case definition and requirements co-creation
- Analyze and map existing data flows, user roles, and usage to identify data-related issues
- Define target solutions and use cases aligned with business needs
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, architects, and subject matter experts to validate requirements and ensure alignment
- Ensure requirements traceability to support impact analysis
- Translate business needs into test conditions (functional, performance, and UAT)
- Contribute to data architecture design and solution validation
- Participate in quality reviews and prototype validation
- Facilitate delivery through testing phases, change management, and report/dashboard creation
- Act as the main interface between business stakeholders and technical teams
Profile
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience
Experience
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in business analysis or a similar role
Technical skills
Mandatory:
- Experience with conceptual modeling techniques and methods
- Knowledge of IT testing
- Good understanding of data concepts (Big Data, BI, reporting, dashboarding)
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies (backlog management, sprint planning, MVP mindset)
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of banking activities and financial products (especially insurance)
Business skills
Mandatory:
- Proven project management skills
- Strong experience in requirements management
- Good understanding of business processes and workflows
Languages
- Dutch: good knowledge and understanding
