At ABAKUS IT Solutions we are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to support the evolution of a high-impact digital platform, focused on users, services, and ecosystem integration. As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will play a key role in a strategic digital transformation program aimed at opening an existing platform to a broader ecosystem of partners, delivering modern, scalable, and user-centric digital services. You will work closely with functional, technical, and UX teams to ensure successful delivery while maintaining a strong focus on value, quality, and usability.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a complex, cross-functional IT project involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Define and structure a digital service offering for an external ecosystem of partners
- Build and execute a clear action plan to support the platform’s evolution and ecosystem integration
- Coordinate internal teams (functional analysts, developers, UX/UI, architects, etc.)
- Identify, launch, and monitor pilot projects with selected partners
- Ensure proper planning, tracking, and continuous improvement of the project
- Share best practices and innovative approaches observed on similar digital initiatives
Environment & Methodology
- Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks)
- High-visibility digital projects with strong business and user impact
- Collaboration within multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager
- Proven experience managing complex digital projects
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with Agile methodologies
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and partners
- Ability to structure, prioritize, and drive projects in demanding environments
- Autonomous, structured, and resilient under pressure
