AISB-604 Senior Azure IAM Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Azure IAM Engineer / Cloud Security Engineer to join the IAM Factory. You will play a key role in implementing the strategy to clean up privileged access rights in Azure, applying security best practices, removing uncontrolled inheritance, and modeling technical roles in a complex cloud environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze existing Azure permissions (Management Groups, Subscriptions, Resource Groups).
• Remove undesired access inheritance from the Management Group Root.
• Implement secure RBAC role models aligned with business needs.
• Automate audits and access reviews using PowerShell and Azure CLI.
• Monitor privileged role usage (Owner, Global Admin, etc.) and propose remediations.
• Collaborate with IAM, I&O, and security teams to integrate roles into existing workflows.
• Document roles, inheritance rules, and assignment processes.
• Monitor and report on activity logs (Audit Logs) to detect anomalies and security violations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Certification Microsoft SC-300: Identity and Access Administrator – Must have.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Azure RBAC, Entra ID, PIM, and custom role management.
• Proven experience in cloud security and access governance (5+ years).
• Experience in at least 3 projects related to privileged access cleanup in Azure or as an Identity & Access Administrator.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to translate technical setups into clear processes.
• Experience with automation tools: PowerShell, Azure CLI (5+ years).
• Familiarity with Azure limits, subscriptions, and inheritance rules.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across multi-team environments.
• Fluent in French (C1) and English (B2).
• Certification Microsoft SC-104: Azure Administrator Associate – Nice to have.
• Autonomous, proactive, and able to handle complex technical projects independently.
