AISB-757 Senior Data Quality Analyst

We are looking for a Data Quality Analyst to join our team and play a key role in maintaining, monitoring, and improving the quality of client, KYC, and transactional data. You will ensure that data used across the organization is accurate, consistent, and fit for purpose, directly supporting operational efficiency, compliance, and risk management. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to data quality practices, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and deepen your expertise in financial security data flows and applications.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and implement data quality controls for key client, KYC, and transactional data
• Monitor and report on data quality KPIs using dashboards and other reporting tools
• Identify, analyze, and document data quality issues, assessing business impacts and prioritizing resolutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders (IT, operations, compliance, process teams) to propose and implement solutions via process change, IT development, or manual corrections
• Support change management actions for impacted teams
• Contribute to data certification processes and participate in Client and Compliance Data Quality Assessment & Remediation Committees
• Maintain and enhance common reference tools (data definitions, dictionaries, glossaries)
• Support Client and Compliance Data Managers in documenting key financial security data and identifying high-value use cases
• Share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of data quality practices within the Data Quality Analysts community

Your Profile

• Languages: Fluent English, good French or Dutch
• Education: Master’s degree or equivalent
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in Data Quality Analysis within banking, ideally in Financial Security domains (KYC, AML, Sanctions)
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of data lifecycle and usage
• Proficient in Office tools (Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Preferred:
  • Knowledge of banking databases
  • Experience with data governance tools (Collibra, Ab Initio)
  • Dashboard development/use (Tableau, Business Objects)
  • SQL, SAS, Python skills
  • Understanding of digital culture and ecosystems
