AISB-728 Entreprise Architect

At ABAKUS IT SOLUTIONS, we are looking for an experienced Entreprise Architect​ to support strategic transformation initiatives and strengthen enterprise governance and portfolio management practices. As a Entreprise Architect, you will contribute to the definition and execution of strategic initiatives by bridging business objectives, enterprise architecture, and project portfolio governance. You will play a key role in aligning programmes, projects, and IT systems with long-term organisational strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop business architecture models that reflect organisational strategies and objectives.
• Ensure alignment between project and programme strategies and overall business drivers and priorities.
• Define and implement a business vision and multi-year transformation roadmap.
• Support the rationalisation and optimisation of IT systems.
• Contribute to the management of corporate governance processes.
• Support the development and operational management of project, programme, and portfolio management frameworks.
• Coordinate the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) activities and provide guidance to analysts or architects under your supervision.
• Coordinate and contribute to briefing materials and strategic documentation related to digital transformation.
• Coordinate responses to corporate requests related to Enterprise Architecture (EA) and EPMO activities.
• Contribute to the implementation of a digital transformation strategy.
• Participate in governance and transformation processes supporting organisational change.
• Conduct cost–benefit analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Perform As-Is / To-Be assessments and gap analyses.
• Prepare and facilitate meetings with stakeholders at various organisational levels.
• Provide business architecture guidance and system process recommendations.
• Conduct research and studies aimed at improving organisational efficiency and processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in IT.
• At least 13 years of experience with project, programme, and portfolio management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, PM2, MSP, MoP).
• Minimum 10 years of experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or RUP.
• At least 8 years of experience using project management tools such as MS Project or JIRA.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT governance and organisational transformation initiatives.
• Experience coordinating or contributing to strategic briefings in the digital transformation domain.
• Experience managing corporate governance processes.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture modelling (e.g., BPMN, UML).
• Experience conducting cost–benefit analyses, As-Is / To-Be assessments, and gap analyses.
• Proven experience in team coordination and consulting environments.
• Strong experience working with stakeholders, business representatives, and senior management.
• Experience conducting strategic studies and organisational analyses.
