Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and finalize input file structure.
- Design and develop multilingual templates (FR/NL/DE).
- Handle various output formats (AFP, PDF, HTML5, LIVE, Empower).
- Create and execute unit tests, integration tests, and UAT.
- Ensure efficient quality assurance (QA) of deliverables.
- Follow development and unit testing best practices (agile approach).
- Perform daily reviews of deliverables.
- Participate in project status meetings with the team.
Technical Skills Required
- Strong experience across the full document lifecycle.
- Advanced proficiency in OpenText Exstream and its components: Command Center, Communication Builder, Communication Server, OTDS, WorkShop, StoryBoard, ReTouch, Supervisor.
- Experience with Exstream Live, Empower, and Content Author.
- Good knowledge of communication output formats (AFP, PDF, HTML5, etc.).
- Programming or scripting skills (Java, Shell, Cobol, .NET).
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills on multilingual templates.
Soft Skills
- Strong commitment and reliability.

- Good communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Profile & Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (Medior level).
- Proven expertise in OpenText Exstream, especially Web applications (Workshop, Content Author, etc.) and Communication Builder.
- C2 level in French or English.
- Good understanding of customer communications (letters, emails, etc.).
- Experience in direct interaction with business stakeholders.
