AISB-850 Project Management Officer (PMO)

Your mission

As a Project Management Officer (PMO), you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating planning activities related to technical and infrastructure projects.

Your role will mainly focus on project coordination, schedule follow-up, stakeholder communication, and administrative support for project activities.

You will work closely with project managers, technical teams, suppliers, and external partners to ensure smooth preparation of activities, deadline monitoring, and efficient communication between all stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

  • Maintain and update project and planning data.
  • Support the planning and coordination of project activities.
  • Monitor and adjust deadlines according to project progress and deliveries.
  • Identify risks, delays, or potential impacts on project schedules.
  • Prepare and communicate planning updates to internal teams and external partners.
  • Provide administrative and organizational support for project activities.
  • Support the preparation and follow-up of technical validation and testing activities.
  • Coordinate communication between the different stakeholders involved in the projects.
  • Ensure the availability of required documentation and deliverables.

Profile required

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented professional capable of efficiently managing operational follow-up for multiple activities simultaneously.

The ideal candidate has:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in administration, technical studies, project management, or a related field.
  • Initial experience in PMO, project coordination, project support, planning, or project administration.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to understand planning impacts and changes.
  • Excellent administrative follow-up and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • The ability to collaborate with both technical and business teams.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Good command of French and/or Dutch, with a professional level of English.

Languages required

  • Good knowledge of French and/or Dutch.
  • Professional level of English required.
