Role Overview
As a Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and structuring business processes, ensuring clarity from the current situation to the future target model. You will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and facilitate workshops and meetings to capture, analyze, and map business processes
- Document and formalize business processes and requirements in a clear, structured way usable by implementation teams
- Ensure continuous alignment between implemented solutions and defined business requirements
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to guarantee consistency between business expectations and delivered solutions
- Contribute to the quality and clarity of functional documentation throughout the project lifecycle

- Agile / Scrum environment (confirmed)
- BPMN process modeling
- UML design techniques
- Use Cases & User Stories definition

- Strong analytical thinking and critical evaluation of information
