Your Mission
As an IT Developer, you will be part of a multidisciplinary Agile squad responsible for delivering end-to-end digital solutions (web and mobile). You’ll contribute across the full development lifecycle—from designing backend systems to enhancing frontend experiences—within a modern cloud-based ecosystem.
You will:
- Translate business requirements into high-quality, maintainable code
- Design, build, and optimize robust applications
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver new features
- Integrate and work with APIs and external data sources
- Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Apply best practices in software craftsmanship and code quality
- Identify bottlenecks, debug issues, and implement solutions
- Contribute to DevOps activities, including CI/CD pipeline setup and improvement
Your Profile
- At least 5 years of relevant development experience
- Strong mindset of a software craftsman with a passion for clean, maintainable code

Solid understanding of:
- Object-Oriented Programming
- Design patterns, DDD, and SOLID principles
- Test Driven Development (TDD)
- Experience working with backend frameworks and API testing
- Comfortable with pair programming and collaborative development
- Familiarity with Java and Spring is a plus
