Mission Context
The organisation is undergoing an important phase of reform, with several programmes already in progress and others being prepared. To support this evolution, a Senior Change Manager is sought to lead change strategies and ensure strong and smooth adoption across all teams.
Your Role
You will design and implement strategies enabling employees to understand, adopt, and master organisational, technological, and operational changes. You will work closely with leadership teams, project managers, and operational units.
Main Responsibilities
- Advise and support senior leadership in their role as change sponsors.
- Coach and, where necessary, train team managers in guiding their teams through transitions.
- Collaborate with programme and project managers on technical, operational, and organisational impacts.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive human-centered change management strategy.
- Identify internal and external stakeholders, assess their needs, and build tailored communication and engagement plans.
- Define and coordinate training activities to prepare employees for upcoming changes.
- Anticipate risks, evaluate impacts, and develop mitigation plans.
- Monitor change initiatives and adjust actions when required.
- Identify resistance and foster a climate of openness, trust, and transparency.
- Ensure clear, structured, and consistent communication across all levels of the organisation.
- Assess stakeholder satisfaction and improve future change initiatives based on feedback.
- Apply best practices and integrate innovative approaches in change management.
Required Profile
Key Skills and Experience
- At least 15 years of experience supporting transformation initiatives in large organisations.
- Minimum 3 proven experiences in implementing CRM solutions within companies.
- Demonstrated experience in at least 3 major digital transformation projects.
- Significant experience supporting transformation programmes within multiple Belgian public entities.
- Strong mastery of change management methodologies.
- PROSCI/ADKAR certification is mandatory.
- Advanced skills in project and programme management.
- Expert-level experience in Agile environments.
- Native command of French.
