We are looking for a confirmed .NET Analyst-Developer to join a transformation program dedicated to improving customer experience and digital services. You will contribute to the evolution of a key public website, closely connected with a CRM system and a future ticketing solution.
Your Mission
As part of an experienced development team, you will support the modernization of digital tools through the following responsibilities:
- Develop and adapt synchronization services between the ticketing system, the CRM, and the website.
- Design and implement new features as part of the digital project.
- Collaborate with project teams, business stakeholders, external service providers, and other developers to ensure methodological and technical consistency.
- Write technical and functional documentation and provide user training when needed.
- Participate in testing phases with end-users to ensure the quality of deliverables.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in C# .NET development.
- Strong command of object-oriented design, C#, .NET Core, Angular, Entity Framework, and relational databases.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) is an asset.
- Additional assets: SQL Server, REST APIs and Web Services, message queuing, Azure DevOps, Git Flow.
- Excellent communication skills in French and good understanding of technical English.
- Comfortable working collaboratively and interacting with various stakeholders.
- Experience in the passenger transport sector is a plus.
