We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead a high-impact enterprise transformation program. This role involves consolidating multiple initiatives into a single strategic program and driving its successful delivery while maintaining a strong business transformation focus beyond technology implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and structure the program scope, roadmap, and governance framework.
- Lead the program end-to-end, from planning through execution and operational adoption.
- Facilitate governance bodies and oversee risks, dependencies, and key deliverables.
- Coordinate business, IT, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Drive change management initiatives and support organizational transformation.
- Ensure strategic objectives are translated into tangible business outcomes.
Profile
- Proven experience managing large-scale transformation programs.
- Strong background in production, maintenance, or technical operations management.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience within the public sector, transportation, or other complex operational environments is a plus.
- Exposure to SAP environments (ERP, PM, FICO) is considered an asset.
