At ABAKUS IT SOLUTIONS, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a large-scale digital transformation initiative within the energy sector. You will play a key role in a project focused on advanced SCADA systems, contributing directly to smarter, more efficient network management.
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional experts to define and formalize target (“to-be”) processes
- Ensure alignment and integration of processes within the enterprise architecture framework
- Document workflows, procedures, and operational guidelines
- Lead the definition and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Write comprehensive test plans and test cases in collaboration with business teams
- Identify required datasets and coordinate testing sessions
- Ensure quality and completeness of delivered solutions
- Design and produce training materials for end users
- Prepare realistic demo scenarios and datasets
- Deliver training sessions in collaboration with project partners
- Support user adoption and knowledge transfer
Your Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments

Strong expertise in:
- UAT design and coordination
- Process modeling and documentation (procedures, work instructions)
- End-user training delivery
- Proven experience in integration projects
- Familiarity with test management tools (ideally Qmetry or similar)
- Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., MS Visio)
- Knowledge of SCADA systems (especially within utilities or energy distribution) is a strong asset
- Experience in the energy sector or distribution system operators (DSO/GRD) is a plus
- Fluent in French (C2 level required)
