Function description

In project management mode:

  • Responsible for project governance
  • Responsible for deliverables (on time, on quality), including underlying analysis where relevant
  • Leading project boards or steering committees
  • Project monitoring and reporting
  • Risk and issue management
  • Capacity planning and resource management
  • Performance management

Process management:

  • Process optimizations
  • Describing, training and coaching regarding all these activities
  • Measuring and accurate reporting towards management

Language requirements

  • Dutch / French: Strong written and spoken communication skills in Dutch or French, with at least a good passive knowledge of the other language
  • English: Strong written and spoken communication skills

Education

  • Master’s degree

Technical experience (mandatory)

  • Good expertise in MS Office preferred
  • Process modeling is an asset but not required

Business experience (mandatory)

  • Knowledge of KYC and AML
  • Data analysis and interpretation
  • Project and process management is a plus
  • Change management
  • Data analysis and interpretation
