AISB-797 Business Analyst

Mission

  • Work as a Business Analyst within the Purchase to Pay Ecosystem squad in an Agile environment
  • Ensure business continuity and take ownership of specific opuses/features
  • Support employees by ensuring the proper functioning of tools and processes
  • Contribute to both major transformations and continuous improvements
  • Manage small changes, recurring tasks, and incidents in collaboration with squad members and end-users

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and challenge business needs and pain points from various internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with experts to define product concepts, detailed processes, and functional architecture
  • Define acceptance criteria for the features/opuses under your responsibility
  • Work with the Product Owner and development team during feature refinement to ensure clarity and completeness
  • Support business testing and assist in organizing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance customer experience, efficiency, and compliance
  • Create and maintain clear, simple, and accessible documentation
  • Regularly review documentation to ensure alignment with reality and compliance requirements (Legal, Compliance, etc.)

Profile

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst

Technical Skills (mandatory):

  • SAP Cost Accounting

Technical Skills (preferred):

  • Agile methodology

Business Skills:

  • Procurement experience
