AISB-790 Business Project Manager

Namur, Belgium

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Business Project Manager to support a Customer Experience team in the transformation of distribution channels and customer journeys within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

This role plays a key part in shaping and delivering innovative solutions for physical point-of-sale networks and enhancing the overall end-user experience.

 Key Responsibilities

You will contribute to the design, coordination, and implementation of strategic initiatives related to ticketing and distribution systems, including:

  • Supporting the definition and execution of the distribution and ticketing strategy
  • Understanding and formalising objectives, methodologies, and resources for in-store distribution projects
  • Contributing to the design of customer journeys and operational models in physical sales points
  • Participating in the preparation of procurement documentation and provider selection processes
  • Organising and facilitating workshops to define and refine new distribution and customer support solutions
  • Supporting change management activities, including documentation of new processes and organisational impacts
  • Coordinating internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure project alignment and delivery timelines
  • Monitoring testing and validation phases to ensure compliance with expected outcomes
  • Ensuring transparent communication and efficient information flow between all stakeholders

 Profile

  • Proven experience in business project management within complex environments
  • Strong understanding of business process management and digital transformation projects
  • Experience in project monitoring and stakeholder coordination
  • Basic knowledge of public procurement processes is an asset
  • Familiarity with customer journey design and service improvement initiatives
  • Experience or strong interest in change management activities
