AISB-784 Expert IT Project Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced IT Project Manager (Infrastructure) to join a dynamic IT environment delivering critical end-to-end production services. About the Environment

You will work within an IT Production Services organization responsible for delivering end-to-end operational support for product teams. The department ensures service availability, Go-Live readiness, and high-quality production support while collaborating closely with multiple IT engineering teams and technology partners.

The team also serves as a technology reference hub, sharing operational expertise and ensuring best practices are implemented across infrastructure and production services teams.

Your Role

As an Agile IT Project Manager focused on Infrastructure initiatives, you will play a key role in driving the successful delivery of strategic production and infrastructure projects. You will coordinate stakeholders, oversee initiative progress, and ensure alignment between business expectations and IT delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate IT infrastructure initiatives within an Agile framework.
• Act as or support the Initiative Owner, ensuring delivery meets expected objectives and value.
• Monitor the progress of features and deliverables associated with the initiative.
• Collect status updates from Feature Delivery Owners and ensure transparency on delivery progress.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate collaboration between business teams and IT suppliers.
• Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Scrum of Scrums and quarterly planning sessions.
• Identify and log impediments at initiative, feature, or program level, and drive their resolution.
• Create a safe and collaborative environment that enables effective discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure initiatives deliver optimal outcomes in terms of quality, scope, and cost efficiency.
• Support teams by maintaining clear communication and protecting them from unexpected workload disruptions.

Your Profile

Experience

• Around 10 years of professional experience, including significant experience in project delivery roles.
• Minimum 6 years in a similar IT Project Manager or Infrastructure Project Manager position.

Education

• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Technical Expertise

• Strong ability to understand complex infrastructure and architecture design documentation.
• Experience with infrastructure or platform transformation projects is a strong asset.

Business & Methodology

• Comfortable working in Agile delivery environments.
• Experience within the banking or financial services sector is considered a plus.

Languages

• Fluent in French or Dutch, with good understanding of the other language.
• Good level of English.
