Your Mission
As a Business Analyst Expert, you will play a key role in analyzing needs, shaping solutions, and ensuring successful implementation. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, IT teams, and squad members to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze issues and propose improvements
- Analyze and evaluate change requests
- Identify solutions together with colleagues in the squad and assess different options
- Develop business requirements and acceptance criteria
- Act as an interface with stakeholders
- Bridge business needs with IT
- Define business scope, target operating model, and business/IT interfaces
- Follow up on the implementation of changes, including Business Acceptance Testing (BAT)
Language Requirements
- Dutch: Good spoken communication skills
- French: Strong spoken communication skills
- English: Strong written and spoken communication skills
Education
- Master’s degree in Business Management or equivalent through relevant experience
Experience & Knowledge
- At least 6 years of relevant experience
- Strong business analysis experience in a complex environment
- Solid understanding of business processes and the link with IT
- Proven experience with end-user computing tools (Excel including macros/VBA, Access, etc.)
- Good knowledge of technical environments combining mainframe and distributed applications
