AISB-633 Business Analyst Expert (Tarification Squad)

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst Expert to join a dynamic squad focused on Tarification within a complex and challenging environment. This role is suited for a senior professional who enjoys working at the crossroads of business and IT and contributing to meaningful change.

Your Mission

As a Business Analyst Expert, you will play a key role in analyzing needs, shaping solutions, and ensuring successful implementation. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, IT teams, and squad members to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze issues and propose improvements
  • Analyze and evaluate change requests
  • Identify solutions together with colleagues in the squad and assess different options
  • Develop business requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Act as an interface with stakeholders
  • Bridge business needs with IT
  • Define business scope, target operating model, and business/IT interfaces
  • Follow up on the implementation of changes, including Business Acceptance Testing (BAT)

Language Requirements

  • Dutch: Good spoken communication skills
  • French: Strong spoken communication skills
  • English: Strong written and spoken communication skills

Education

  • Master’s degree in Business Management or equivalent through relevant experience

Experience & Knowledge

  • At least 6 years of relevant experience
  • Strong business analysis experience in a complex environment
  • Solid understanding of business processes and the link with IT
  • Proven experience with end-user computing tools (Excel including macros/VBA, Access, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of technical environments combining mainframe and distributed applications

Work Arrangement
