Who are we? ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS Belgium is an IT consulting firm specialising in Odoo implementation and the provision of IT consultants for Belgian and Luxembourg clients. We support our clients from requirements analysis through to go-live, including training and ongoing support.
Your mission As an Odoo Implementer, you take ownership of end-to-end Odoo deployment projects across a variety of industries. You are the client's main point of contact on the functional side.
In practice, you will:
- Analyse clients' business needs and translate them into configurable solutions in Odoo
- Create and configure Odoo instances (CRM, sales, purchasing, accounting, inventory, etc.)
- Identify gaps requiring custom development and write clear specifications for the development team
- Test and validate completed developments before delivery
- Train end users on Odoo workflows and support their adoption of the tool
- Provide functional support and resolve configuration or usage issues
- Manage project follow-up and ensure the delivered solution matches the initial requirements
- Collaborate with the internal team and communicate proactively when risks or blockers arise
Your profile
- You have a working knowledge of Odoo
- You have a solid understanding of common business processes (sales, purchasing, accounting, inventory management)
- You demonstrate strong rigour, attention to detail, and a genuine solution-oriented mindset
- You can manage your priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt when things change
- You communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally, with clients and developers alike
- You are fluent in French (required) and have a good command of English (reading and writing)
- Knowledge of German is a welcome asset
- You enjoy working both as part of a team and independently

Although open to technologies used by our customers, ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS seeks mainly but not only consultants mastering: Windows and Linux Servers, networks, developments (JAVA, SAP, .NET,…) as well as highly specialized experts for example in cybersecurity or in Content Management System (CMS) (SharePoint, Drupal, WebLogic…).
In terms of non-technical competencies, ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS hires dynamic persons, open to the world, interested by innovation and having a keen sense of client relationship.
A very good command of English is essential, the capacity to speak French, German or Dutch is an asset.
Even though most of our positions require at least 3 years of experience, some are open to new starters.
